Q: How soon can we get a sample of the product?

A : For normal request, we have components in stock,sample can be made and sent out to you within one week.

A: Our MOQ is 3000pcs per model per color.

Q: Can we customize our own logo or pattern on the products & package?

A : Sure. It’s no problem if your order quantity up to our MOQ.

Q: Can we change color of the product?

A : Yes. pantone colors available.

Q: How about the Delivery time?

 A: 30-45 days for first container after the receipt of deposit and confirm all desigs of normal condition. Repeat orders about 30 days.

Q: Can you help us to develop our own product?

A : OEM/ODM project is welcome, we have professional development team for your customization service.  

Q: Can we order small qty for trial order?

A : For trial order we can accept 1500pcs-2000pcs at least.

Q: I'd like to know your Payment terms

A: Basically, the payment terms by T/T ,L/C at sight.

Q: How can i know of my order quality before delivery?

A. We have experience of QC working team, in charge of order parts checking, producing tracking,and Products inspections,One Complete QC Report will be provided to your checking, and than arrange for loading container after your confirmation. And we accept also your appinted QC checking before loading.
