1. Description
Vacuum bag butyl mastic tape is studied out for aerospace industry, wind power industry, yacht industry, etc. From advanced technology, the products have high surface adhesion force on vacuum bag and a variety of tools. In the curing cycle it has excellent seal, and very easy to remove from the cold or heating surface after the curing.
 
 2. Usage:
1)for airproofing between vacuum bags;
2)for airproofing between vacuum bag and composite tools suitable for middle temperature curing.
 
3. Technical date Prosperity                       
Working temperature range:
room temperature to 90°C (between vacuum bag and mould)     
room temperature to 120°C  (between two vacuum bags)
 
4. Package: 3mm×12mm×15m/roll, carton dimension 300×300×265mm .
 
5. Notice: Surface must be dry and clean (remove any moisture, grease and dust). Butyl tape should be stored at room temperature and normal humidity, and kept away from sunshine and hot air. One time application can make sure its best performance.
