1) If the defective rate more than 2%, we could afford all the fee to exchange new goods, it includes the charge to send the goods back by DHL, Fedex, TNT express or similar special courier, the cost of new goods and the charge to delivery customer again by express. Another cost-effective measurement, it is  to make more quantity and send the goods together with next shipment to compensate the loss of customer.

2) If the defective rate between 1%-2%(include 2%), we will priority to conside to make more quantity and send the goods together with next shipment.

3) If the defective rate under 1%, we will not afford the fee to exchange new goods, but also will be responsible for fixing the products well and afford the fee caused by fixing.

We need customer to provide us clear photos of defective products, this is neccessary. Please attention that during the transportation, don't press our carton heavily, especially for AC products, though our carton is durable and there is inner box, but generally the weight per carton is not more than 12kg, it is light weight goods. 

All the products will be done 100% testing and make sure it is in good quality before final packing and shipment, it has absolutely insurance.
