Vacuum Forming Machined process:
1. Extruding plastic sheet: | ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, PC, PMMA resin granules are extruded or co-extruded into thermoplastic sheet or plate that textured, smooth, gloss or matt, fire retardant and UV resisted |
2. Vacuum forming: | After being heated, the plastic sheet is stretched onto or into a mould, and held against the mold by applying vacuum between the mould surface and the sheet to form designed shapes. |
3. Cooling to keep shape: | Once formed the plastic need to cool before being released from the mould. To speed up the cooling cycle, fans are fitted and activated once the plastic part is formed. |
4. Machine large products: | Our machine could be restructured to make larger plastic vacuum forming plastic products, with maximum dimensions of 3000*2000*800*10mm (L*W*H*T) |
5. Trimming edges: | Extra material is firstly trimmed before more accurate processing. Sawing is often used in the stages. Polishing is made additionally to smooth the edges. |
6. Drilling holes: | Drilling often follow the trimming. Other post forming processes include decoration, printing, strengthening, reinforcing and assembly. |

Packaging & Shipping
Packing instructions:
1. Packaging according to customer requirements;
2, each product will be separated by PE or pearl cotton foam to avoid friction and scratch between products.
3. Use carton packaging; If the pallet is required to be transported, each pallet will be wound with PE film to increase the stability of the pallet;
4. If the product is special, we will add a wooden frame outside the carton to better protect the product;
Shipping:
1. Bulk cargo shall be transported by sea or train, and samples shall be transported by air;

FAQ
1. Due to the particularity of vacuum blister process, Blister products generally have uneven thickness and R-angle at the edge of the product. Customers need to have this understanding when adopting this process. The size and appearance of Blister products are not as fine as injection molded products, so please do not use the standard of injection molded products as the inspection standard of Blister products.
2. The customer must provide the factory with 3D drawings and PDF documents, so that the factory can accurately evaluate the products and quote in time.
3. The materials we use are ROHS environmental protection materials, and the general colors are white and black. If there are special color requirements, please specify. However, the minimum order quantity for special colors is generally 3 tons.
4. At the same time, please clarify whether the materials need flame retardant or anti-static, specific packaging requirements, and whether the quotation includes tax, ex factory price or FOB price.
