Raw materials
Gernerally, there are two kinds of materials: raw coal/charcoal powder, and carbonized agriculture wastes like wood, branch, rice husks, peanut shells, bagasse, cotton stalks, corn stalks, coconut shells, etc. Please note: material size should be less than 3mm, and the moisture content should be around 30%-40%. In order to get high density final products, you can use some binder during the production.

This coal rod extrusion machine is the device of using the screw extrusion principle to squeeze the charcoal powder, coal powder materials and other materials (chemical materials, refractory materials, cement materials iron ore, copper or other matallurgical materials) into certain density stick shape briquettes (round, rectangular, hexagonal, plum-flower, triangular etc.) with or without hole in the middle.
1. There are 140, 180 and 360 model of this coal rod extrusion machine.
2. Our new type Model 360 coal rod extrusion machine has three electric motors and two or four discharging heads which can strengthly producing the briquettes with high density.
