Hydraulic automatic pressure-retaining filter press with high pressure
Operating principle:
Filter press is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment, which is widely used in Sludge dehydration project.It is mainly composed of transmission part, filter plate part, pressing plate part, thrust plate part and pressing device (mainly hydraulic pressing device), hydraulic system, electrical control system and auxiliary part.
The filter cloth is mounted on both sides of the filter plate.Under the action of the press, the filter plate is pressed between the press and the thrust plate.A closed filter space was formed between each of the two filter plates.When the material is pumped into the closed beat by the feed pump under the pressure of the feed, the liquid phase is separated from the liquid filter hole through the filter cloth, and the fixed material is left in the closed filter space to slowly form the filter cake to achieve solid-liquid separation.After the feed pump stops feeding, slowly release the pressure plate, remove the filter cake, and complete a working cycle.
