DPP260K Intelligence Flat Type Blister Packing Machine is a special equipment which as blister type Al(PTP)/PVC, Al(PTP)/Al(PTP) composite sealing packing for drugs( tablets, capsules, ampoule), food, medical instrument and similar products.Due to adopt positive pressure forming, flat heat sealing, it has crisp blister, flat and level strip, by the industry's favor.

1. DPP-260K Flat Type Blister Packing Machine could be separated to enter elevator and clean workshop, adopt column pin location, bolt-fixation, easy to serial production.

2.The mould adopts positioning pin with precision, and press-plate clamping, easy in assemble and unassemble.

3. Main motor adopts frequency control: (punch frequency is 50 cycles/min). It can enact corresponding punch frequency according to travel and fulled feeding easy or hard factor.

4.Adopt balcony type structure, easy for operating and maintenance. And equipped with alarm system on the safety doors.
5.Alarm and stop while PVC is used up and discerption, easy to replace PVC on time for workman. The PVC roll diameter can be maximum 800mm, to keep long time running.

6.The lower driving area and the upper operating area of the equipment are completely sealed and isolated by stainless steel plate, which avoids the cross-contamination between the two areas when the equipment is working and is more convenient for cleaning.

7.With electronic counting, batch number, indentation tangent, blanking and automatic stop and alarm, the process is smooth, intuitive production process.

heating and forming station

1. Adopt engine-hand nip draw station, running steadily, synchronization nicety, change travel and design the plate size at will on the range of 40-120mm. Due to using contact heating, it reduces the heating power and temperature, to save energy and increase stability of plastic sheet.

2.Forming and heating plates close and open automatically, it could protract time to boot-strap after put down heating plate, limit wasting material less than one blister.

 universal brusher feeder

1.All hardware and container are contact with medicament, adopt stainless steel and innocuity produce, accord with “GMP” requires.

2.Equipped with two combination feeder:Its filling rate can reach more than 99%,the phenomenon of filling and missing pieces caused by abnormal shape and high speed operation is eliminated.

3.The machine can choose different kinds of special feeder according to different tablets and capsules when packaging aluminum and aluminum.Feeder can be selected, such as:Rotary vibration track feeding type, push plate type, inclined screen type, capsule filling material control type and so on.

HMI and camera detection device

1.The emergency stop safety device improves the safety of operators in debugging and mold changing.

2.The touch screen can prevent dust from entering, the appearance is beautiful, the swing arm can rotate 180 degrees, the touch screen cover can rotate 270 degrees, the position is more flexible.

3.The machine has the functions of detection & rejection, photo-cell registration (rimless cutting without this function)

sealing station

1.Air cushion sealing, net-plate is hoisted by cylinder while stop. Avoid making blister metamorphose by heat radialization while settling, easy to clean the net-plate also, at the same time,play the role of buffer when over pressure, is propitious to prolong machine usage life.
2.Up & lower net-plates matching work in heat-sealing, there are dot cobwebbing on the positive and negative(could line-pressurize also). Because two sides stress are equal, make blisters more level-up, improve sealing capability as well.

3.The batch number is printed by heating with clear handwriting.
