Product Description---Gold Processing Plant
We can not only provide open pit mining machine and underground mining machine,we can also provide gold processing plant machine.
We can process gold with gold CIL,gold CIP,gold flotation and heap leaching.
Flotation is widely used in gold processing. In China, 80% rock gold is processed by flotation. Flotation process maximizes the enrichment of gold into sulfide minerals. The tailings can be directly discharged. Flotation in gold mine has low beneficiation cost.
Gold CIP process adsorbs gold from cyaniding pulp by active carbon including 7 steps: leaching pulp preparation, cyaniding leaching, carbon adsorption, gold loaded carbon desorption, pregnant solution electrodeposit, carbon acid regeneration and leaching pulp.
Gold CIL process (carbon in leach) is an efficient method of extracting and recovering gold from its ore. By cyaniding and carbon leaching crushed gold ore slurry simultaneously, CIL process lowers the gold mining operation cost and increases gold recovery rate to 99%, which is the first choice of modern gold mining and gold beneficiation plant.
Heap leaching In this process, ore is firstly crushed to fine particles. By spraying leaching solution to the large piles, the gold-containing solution is leached. Then used the gold processing method of carbon adsorption, zinc powder displacement device and so on to separate gold from the liquid.
