3.1 POWDER COATING SPRAY BOOTH

 

SPRAY BOOTH TYPE    :  Lab-testing use booth, Single position manual spray booth, Double posistion go-through type powder spray booth, Plastic (PVC or PP) powder spray booth;

 

 

RAW MATERIAL    : Carbon steel , Glvanizing , Stailess, PVC, PP spray booth are available by us according to your different requirements;

4. DRYING AND CURING SYSTEM  FOR POWDER COATING LINE                                  

 

 4.1 TECHNICAL REFERENCE

 

OVEN TYPES: Batch container type; Go-through straight tunnel oven , Go-through conveyorized Bridge type tunnel oven;

HEATING  FUEL: By Gas, LPG, Diesel, Electric or others fuel;

RAW MATERIAL: Galvanzing sheet,CRS sheet, Rockwool, Profile steel frames etc.

CUSTOM DRYING TMEPERATURE: 100~140℃

CUSTOM CURING TMEPERATURE: 180~200℃

TMEPERATURE TOLERANCE CONTROL: ≤ ±5℃ (Along the conveyor direction)

5. CONVEYOR SYSTEM                                                                                                                

 

CONVEYORS TYPE: Overhead hanging conveyor system, Ground rolled conveyor system, manul trolleys system;

TENSIONERS:  Weight tensioners to make sure durablly stable tension property than spring type tensioner;

CONVEYOR LUBRICATING SYSTEM: Oil-spraying cup or oil-dropping cup are available;
