AC Medium Pressure Aluminum Fan Housing Centrifugal Exhaust Fan
1.Typical Feature and Application
This series medium pressure blower can be made of Aluminum or metal housing. This is a light and new design fan which has big air delivery and low noise. It is suitable for supplying fresh air in the following working condition: smelting, fuel stove, kitchen equipment, gas-filled with pressuring. The transited medium is air and other non-spontaneous combustion air, and the air with no harm to people. The medium can not contain any adhesive material, temperature no higher than 80 centigrade ,dust or particulate no larger than 150 cube meter per mg.

5.Fan Operation
Before set up the fan,check gap sizes of all parts of the fan to make sure the rotating parts will not hit the fixed parts.
When the fan is rotating,check the temperature of the bearing after the impellers reach normal speed. If there is no special request for the temperature of the bearing,it can not higher than ambient temperature 40 °c
If the fan has very severe shock,hitting ,and bearing temperature rise rapidly,please stop the fan right away.

7.Fan Maintain
Periodically clean the inner dust, dirt and other impurities
Periodlically check the fan to avoid rusting
Change the lubricating oil after opening the fan .The lubricating oil shall be changed according to the actual situation.
