JINTIAN engineering(TQ20) series PE coating powders form a bonded coating that is extra tough, with strong adhesion to the metal substrate, excellent weather and chemical resistance, great resistance to wear and tear. Commemly used in public area that require superior durability and resistance to UV rays, sun and sea exposure, weather and chipping like highway fences, fence posts, street and garden funiture etc.

 

JINTIAN also offers a(TQ30) series of PE coaing powders that are made of quality virgin material. These powders contain no halogens, heavy metals and bisphenol A so on, enable the finished coating articles to contant with foods, pharmaceuticals and potable water without any contamination. Recommended operation conditions
 

Before all, the rust and oil contamination on the surface of the work piece must be removed and make it clean and smooth. Metal preheat at 220°C - 320°C for 5 mins(depending on the metal thickness). Dip it into the fluid bed for 3 - 5 seconds, a post-heat cycle at 170 - 200°C,5-10 mins is necessary to develop fully the surface finish.
