What is SCR?----SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) transforms the harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust of diesel vehicles into harmless nitrogen gas and water vapour. The SCR solution is metered into the exhaust system in front of a catalyst. The urea hydrolyses to ammonia which then reacts with the NOx in the exhaust gas. 

What is DEF?----DEF is aqueous urea solution used in SCR systems on diesel vehicles. SCR Urea complies with ISO 22241-1 and DIN 70070 standards
