1) Made of stainless steel (4cr13)
2) Four way measurement (OD, ID, Step,Depth)
3) The products are according with DIN 862 or GB/T1214.1,2
4) The slider moves only when the spring loaded thumb clamp is depressed
5) The main scale and the vernier are satin chromed
6) The beam and the vernier are entirely Heat-treated,and all the measuring faces are specially hardened
7) The Guide surfaces are fine finished by hand . so the movement of the slider are more smoothful.
8) Certificate: ISO 9001 and CE
9) HRC ≥ 53 HB, Ra ≤ 0.05mm
10) Graduation: 0.02mm or 0.05mm
