Working process of wood pellet mill:
1.The material is transferred to the conditioner by a screw feeder, then the conditioner can make

 different materials fully mixed. 
2.The conditioner plays a key role in softening raw materials by utilizing water or steam. 
3.After softening, the raw material is sent by a feeder to the pelletizing chamber. By spinning 

rollers in the chamber force the material through the holes of the die, thus pellets are formed. 
4.After pelletizing, the length of the pellet can be cut according to different user's request.

>Brief Introduction for Wood Pellet Production Line

1.Crushing process:
Wood crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm , which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine.It can crush straw,stalk,tree branches ,nutshell,wood shavings,wood waste board,leaves,palm fiber ,etc.
2.Drying process
Air flash wood dryer or drum wood dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 8%,which is suitable for pellet forming.The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly .

3.Wood pelleting machine:
Sawdust wood pellet mill machine convert the biomass material into pellet ,the length can be adjust.

4.Cooling process
You can use a cooling fan or cool it by nature about half or one hour.

5.Packing and bagger:

Questions of Wood Pellet Machine

1.The material and its moisture content?

   Wood sawdust, Pinus Sylvestris,albizzia,eucalyptus,corn straw,peanut shell,palm,rubber wood,rice husk,stalk and so on; 

   Before wood chips put into the hammer mill,moisture should be less than 30%,

   before wood sawdust put into the pellet machines,moisture should between 13%-17%,

   but it is not absolutely,customers should according to the material actual situation to confirm.

2.The capacity you want and how long time will the machine work every day?

   We have the capacity from 100kg to 30t/hour.

   We will according to the working time match related machines for you.

3.The working voltage and power in your local area?

   Generally the price what we quote based on 380v,50hz,3phase.
