O2-riched molecular sieve is a special 5A molecular sieve, which is designed for oxygen produced, mainly for the production of O2 by pressure swing adsorption (PSA/VPSA). The PSA is used to make oxygen by pressurized adsorption, pressure swing adsorption parsing. The VPSA is used for the pressure swing adsorption technology of low pressure adsorption.
