 SYH-1800 PVC arch bending machine is a special machine used for making arc shape PVC door and window. It is made up of bending and shaping worktable, oil-heating groove, board rod, shaping belt and filling belt. This PVC profile bending machine can bend profiles into the required diameter of 500 mm to 1800 mm semicircle or arbitrary arc of circle whose diameter is not more than 3000 mm on the worktable. Parker PVC arch bending machines are featured with simple design, accurate positioning, wide processing scope, easy, safe and reliable operation, and high efficiency. Further, our PVC profile bending machines use different shaping belts according to different profiles.

Attentions

1. When installing SYH-1800 PVC arch bending machine, users must do grounding work according to the electric wiring diagram.

2. The degree of tightness should be suitable as the profile is being filled up.

3. While operating the PVC profile bending machine, remember to keep the working floor clean to prevent from sliding and freezing.

4. As putting the profile into the oil groove for heating, the handle of this PVC arch bending machine should drop slowly to prevent the heating medium from spilling.

5. After finishing operation, operators must turn off the power supply, clean the worktable surface and hood the plastic cloth for dustproof purpose.
