Product Description


13X molecular sieve is the sodium form of the type X crystal and has a much larger pore opening than the type A crystals. It will adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 10 angstroms (1nm) and exclude molecular of larger than 1 nm.


13X molecular sieve can absorb any molecular smaller than 10 A, mainly used as catalyze carrier; desiccation and purification of air; removal water and CO2 for inflow in air separation equipment. Removal of sulphide and so on for hydrocarbons and natural gas, and can also be adjusted to fit other various applications.


 


 


Regeneration


1. Removal of water: Hot gas at 200-350°C and pressure 0.3-0.5kg/cm2 flows through the molecular sieve bed for 3-4 hours. let temperature decreases down to 110-180°C, cooling.


2. Removal of organics: Regeneration is achieved by means of steam treatment to remove organics, and then remove water with method 1. 





Product Application


1. Purification of feed gas in air separation process, removal of H2O and CO2.


2. Removal of sulphide and so on for natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons.


3. Separation of enriched oxygen from air.


4. Can absorb Molecules of larger critical diameter.


5. Oxygen-making in PSA units.


6. As catalyst carrier.
