Automatic Vertical Plastic Tube Shoulder Injection Machine

The B.ZJ-II automatic shoulder injection machine is a new type high-tech tube shoulder injection machine independently researched and developed by Sunway. All actions of the shoulder injection machine are realized through the large-size PLC intelligent control touch screen man-machinen operation. With mechanical, electrical and pneumatic integration, it has such advantages as high production efficiency, low energy consumption, convenient operation, automatic alarming in case of malfunctions , stable performance, no waste,etc. 

By adopting injecting, spitting, squezing and weilding, it can make a plastic shoulder for aluminum-plastic tubes and plastic tubes. The shoulder is beautiful and firm without mold clamping line. The machine can be combined with our B.GLS-III laminated tube making machine to form an automatic tube production line, and can also be used with other special tube machine for producing plastic tubes. Compared with other shoulder injection machines currently used in China, the machine is featured by the highest material utilization rate, the lowest labor intensity, safe use,etc.

The machine is mainly composed of :full-servo running device, automatic tube feeding device, fixed volume injection  device, mold closing and forming device, demolding and separating device, automatic tube discharging device, automatic material feeding device,etc.

The two main parts of the machine have been granted national patents.
