In order to satisfy the specific Asiatic customers’ request of the surface finishing, especially the general cognizance on Hair-Line(HL), we release JLPTS series: polishing slightly by ScotchBrite™ roller to achieve a similar finishing as Hair-Line(HL). The final surfaces are suitable for mestic appliance, interior design, elevator industry. Therefore, we define this finishing surface as so-call:Easy-Polishing (unidirectional fine polishing by Scotch-Brite™ roller) The JLPTS is characterized by high speed, very easy to use and lower maintenance cost, which can be combined into an existing production line easily.
