Making mould
A good mould is a good start of production. We would repair and polish the prototype by hand before making the mould.
Making sculptures with mould
The mass production would be started after the mould is ready. The quantity of the moulds is adjusted by the production schedule.
Polishing
There would be some extra material on the sculpture when we take them out from the moulds. Then we have to polish the products before painting.
Painting
We would paint the products several times to keep the nice outlook. The paint we use is the car paint. So it is fine to display our products outdoor.
