DDW Series computer Control Electronic Universal Hardness Tester Common Configuration adopts AC servo motor made in Taiwan and employs advanced chip integrated technology as well as the use of professional design of PCI data acquisition and control system, achieving a fully digital adjustment for testing force and deformation amplification as well as A/D conversion. The equipment adopts fully digital servo speed adjustment system and servo motor as the machine’s driving system,which has high precision speed adjustment and stable and durable working performance, meanwhile, it employs WINDOWS to control operation interface and supply data processing software, so as to realize the computer screen display for testing force, testing force peak value, beam displacement,test deformation and data curve picture. All the test can be completed by computer control.

Equipment’s Main Structure:
The whole structure is formed by the upper beam, the middle beam, the lower beam and the bottom panel, with two pairs of ball screw-rod and a vertical column. The full-digital AC Servo motor drives the Reducer and the synchronic gear belt, so as to drive the two pairs of high-precision and seamless ball screw-rod, and to make the beam move up and down.

Using Scopes:
DDW Series Microcomputer Control Electronic Universal Testing Machine (Normal Configuration Gate Type) is applicable for tensile,compression and bending tests of materials with relatively small test force, such as rubber, plastic, textile, waterproofing material, cable, network wire, metal wire, metal rod, metal plate and others. With attaching tools, it can also do compression and bending tests.

The equipment is applicable to the measurement and analysis of mechanical performance not only metal, non-metal material, but also composite materials. According to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, ISO and other standards, it can automatically strike the maximum test force value breaking force value, yield strength, upper and lower yield strength, tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation, tensile modulus, flexural modulus test data etc.

• Data Curve: dynamically display the data curve, and re-analyse the curve after test, the data can be found with mouse correspond to any point on the curve, and according to specific need, it can choose different parameters of curves such as stress - strain, force - displacement, force - time, displacement – time to display and print out;

• Test report: It can edit report according to customer’s required format and then print out, the machine has a network interface for data transmission, storage, print and network transmission printing, also suitable for LAN internal network or Internet connection;

• The electrical control circuit refers to international standards, which is in line with national testing machine electric standard, high anti-interference ability, ensuring the controller stability and experimental data accuracy;

• AUTO shift gear: automatic switching to the appropriate range according to load size to ensure the accuracy of measurement data, realizing the automatic shifting , ZERO, calibration and storage for the true sense of physical zero, gain adjustment and force measurement, without analog adjustment links and with highly integrated control circuit;

• Conditions save: test control data and test conditions can be made into modules to facilitate the batch tests;

• AUTO speed changing: The beam moving speed during testing can be not only automatically but also manually changed according to the pre-set program;

• AUTO calibration: The system can automatically realize the calibration of indicating value accuracy;
