This injection molding machine applies high responsive proportional variable pump series to replace the traditional
mode of using 3-way proportional valve to control systemic pressure and flow,thus to enable the high match of power between hydraulic output and machine effective operation which avoids energy loss from high pressure throttle,
compared with normal constant pump drive machine,the variable pump drive machine enable to save power 30%-50%.
In addition,the lower heating power of the machine enables save of cooling water by 30%,reducing the noise and
extending the service life of hydraulic sealing parts and oil to minimize operation and maintenance cost and meanwhile to meet the strict international and environment protective policy,the economic benefit is very obvious.
