  Silicon Carbide Isostatic Crucible features uniform texture, fast thermal conductivity, high flexural strength, good anti-corrosion and long service life. The series of products apply to electric furnace for melting of copper, aluminium, gold, silver, tungsten, nickel, etc and their alloy; and production of zinc oxide. 

With 245 MN isostatic pressing machine, ingredient-mixing automatic line, electric-control drying room, electric roasting kiln, and CNC grinding machines, our annual output capacity amounts to 3500 metric tons. Through 30-year developing and innovating, we have a good command of formulas and techniques. The products are mainly made of high-quality silicon carbide, natural graphite, good adhesive, and special material for a specific purpose and envirement. 

Clay-graphite crucibles are traditional wares for melting of non-ferrous metals. There are two forming ways: artificial forming and mold-pressed forming. With four artificial production lines and four 1200-mt mold pressing machines, our annual output capacity amounts to 3000 tons.

Artificial clay-graph crucibles take partly traditional manual work, with high efficiency and low cost. They apply to coal furnace, coke furnace and gas furnace for melting of copper, aluminium, gold, silver, cobalt, nickel, etc. metals and their alloys.
Mold pressed forming clay-graph crucibles can be completed by the single process, even for complicated shapes, such as crucible with nozzle or spout,crucible with hole. It need no grinding after molding at all. And also it is in good looking and accurate size.
