1.Q: What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
     A: We are a manufacturer and generally do wholesales. However, trial oders are also acceptable and welcome!
 
2.Q: How Can I Pay For My Order?
     A: (1).Teleraphic Transfer(T/T): We accept 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance before shipment. 100% payment before prduction for  sample orders.

          (2).Western Union(W/U): We accept 100% payment via the Western Union.
          (3).Also can be pay on alibaba.
 
3.Q: What Are The Shipping Costs?
     A: (1).Shipping cost is based on number of packages, gross weight of those packages, total package volume and destination port.
          (2).We will package your goods in the strong export standard cases, your order will be shipped via the most economical carrier, unless you specify otherwise.
 
4.Q: How About The Delivery Time?
     A: (1).Some of the products are in stock at our warehouse is European plug, generally we need 1~3 days to change the plugs and package them before the delivery.
          (2).Regarding  to the non-stock products, the lead time is 15-30 days depends on your requirements and quantity.
          (3).We will suggest you the fastest shipping methods when you need the products urgently.
