New arrival TD-G processless thermal ctp plate
Processless Thermal CTP Plate Introduction:
Model TD-G processless thermal ctp plate is a new green printing product developed
by our factory suitable for thermal ctp platemakers. There is no need any processing
steps before mounting exposed plates on press. Here are some following advantages:>

+ It can be printed directly on the machine without any processing steps after
scanning by thermal ctp platemaker.

| Operation | Conditionfor plate making: the parameter should be set up by professionals according to customers's specific conditions and consult to related technical manuals as well. Printing condition: First run water roller 30 to 60 seconds, and then close the ink roller to run for 20-30 seconds and finally start paper printing. |
| Precautions | Avoid aqueous solution such as saliva, water stain, water mist onto the layout in process of taking plates and plate-making. Plate should be handled carefully, right parameters should be set up for plate making. It's strictly prohibited to operate and transport CTP plate violently.

| Storage | Shelf life: 12 months Plates should be placed in a conditioned room dry and cool, the temperature should not be higher than 20°c-24°c and RH between 40%-50%. Coated surface can be exposed four hours under fluorescent light , but should avoid direct exposure to natural light. Plates should be used up as quickly as possible after opening. They should be put back in the package and take measures to avoid wet and light if they need short-term storage. |
