Questions before order:

 

1.How to make sure this is the lamp I need?

(1) All the lamps picture are actual take in our workshop.

(2)Before shipping we can show you the product's picture.

 

2.Is the lamp finished or semi-finished product ?

Its a finished lamp has two installation way:

(1) With chain. Concrate or gypsum ceiling use chain to hung. Chain and accessory, lamp body, light source are seperate packing.

(2)No chain, use screw to instal. Wood ceiling use screw long 10cm to install the lamp body base to the ceiling directly. Lamp body, light source, accessory are seperate packing.

 

 

3.Which color of the lamp?

Its RGB color 7colors and has a controller, if need single color can use control to set.

 

 

4.How heavy of the light?

Normally lamp volume weight is bigger than actual weight, so shipping cost calculate will choose the bigger one.

 

5.Shipping way

Little quantity we suggest send by express. DHL:4-5days; Fedex:5-6days; TNT:4-5days

Bigger quantity can choose by air or by sea. Shipping cost confirm need your airport name or seaport name.
