MELAMINE

The melamne  wardrobe cabinet is quite popular in European countries.  Usually the carcases are 120g warm white color, and the door panels have over 1000 types of colors and wood grains. They are  all in stock in China so that you can choose whatever you want. I can also be developed and  custoized accorcding to the different needs of colors, wood grains, textures and patterns,etc.  Usually the melamtne finish wil use MFC as substrate.Our factory uses native MFC manufactured  by shredding the wood grown in mountain into pieceswhich has fine quality of deformation and scratching resistance. The environmenlal protection level can reach EO, E1 level which is very  friendly to the environment. whereas the other srnall-scale faclories will use recycled wood board  which is made of the deserted furniture,there-fore it is very harmful to human body.the price  of recycled wood board is 40 lower than the native MFC, E2 leveland easily to cause deformation.  .

PVC

PVC  wardrobe cabinet frnishes include flat wood grain PVC, raised wood grain PVC. matte  PVC Flat wood grain PVC and raised wood grain PVC: Use MDF as substrate.  It can be deveJoped as different colors, and could do flat and raised design.  It looks Iike solid wood,but the price is only 13 of solid wood. High gloss PVC:  The newest material to replace high lacquer The 0.4mm high gloss films can be  molded in one after being processed by PVC high temperaiure. high pressure  condition and vacuumized. It has very smooth surface and uniform textures  and brighler that the lacquer. No edge banding and 1he price is only 2/3 of  the lacquer The mosl important is ihat the process is simple and easy and faster.  The colors of differenl lols can be uniform. whereas those orlacquer will be uneven.

LACQUER

Our factory uses high quallly,high dansity MDF, 25$/piece. PE hard basa.  The inferior is 17$/one piece, all processed by painting 3 times primer and 2  times surfaces. Specific process of high glass paint:The first thing you  need to do is to dean and sand panel Then paint primer and wait to dry.  Brush a coat or oil based paint. Repeat the step anri do 3 times coat of paint.  The next step is paint 1he color on the surface and then second time varnish  palnt After 2 times surface high gloss palnt, repair and polish .Once  they are completery dry, they are ready for use.

WOOD VENEER

Usually the wood veneer has 2 categorIes. the naTural wood veneer and  artiflcIal wood veneer. The carcases are manufactured from oak, beech,  cherry, birch anci ash. with 0.2mm thick coat of paint on the surfaces,  and 0.45mm thick on the door panels. The painting is very important.  There are many processes regarding the painting. such as polish, open  and sealing painting.The edge banding materials are also wood veneer.  Many sophlsllcated painting workers mat have over 15 years working  experiences in China can tone the World wide popular colors and nice  textures.,and it only takes 3 days for them to produce sample.

SOLID WOOD

The solid wood Is manufactured mainly from  oak, cherry, maple and  beech. The lower class solid wood wIll use the Chinese birch. There are  two ways of consolidation, 90 degree right angle and 45 degree angle.  The manufaclurers will dry  the solid wood into 8 degree Celsius to  prevent the split and deformation of wood, There are generally two  paintings of solid wood, NC painting and PU painting.
