1. About Rail , we have four type: 24KG, 38KG, 43KG and 50KG .

2. About Rack and Helical Rack Dimension has the following size:

 (1) 20mm*20mm*999mm ; module: 1.5 or 2 ( decided by customers' requirment)

 (2) 25mm*25mm*999mm ; module: 1.5 or 2  (decided by customers' requirment)

 (3) 20mm*40mm*999mm ; module: 1.5 or 2  (decided by customers' requirment)

 pls note: per 2 meters rail will need 2pcs rack.

       note: helical rack MOQ ≥50 pcs

3. About Pinion : we usually make according to customers' drawing or requirment.

4. About Rail Accessories : it is used to fix the rail, including rail clip and bolts

pls note: per 2 meter rail will need 3 pcs rail accessories.

 

The rail is the part which use for the cnc gantry cutting machine which include the H Type support rail beam.

big and small base plate , left and right adjustment bolt , the first nut , pressing plat bolt, high and low bolt. the mentioned big and small base plate welding on the H beam support rail beam for support the rail; the big and samll base plant has the left and right adjustment bolt and first nut to adjust the left and right position of the rail; the mentioned big and small base plant has the fixed bolt which could compress the rail , the rail has the high and low adjustment bolt to adjust the high and low position of that.

 

Above that all , the connection place insert the tie rod , use bolt , the second nut and joint ring for fixing ,which could achieve the gantry cnc machine for the stable moving and the high precision.
