The composed of wire casing production line:
It is composed of auto feeder, plastic extruder, vacuum forming table, haul-off unit, automatic cutting machine and stacker.
Auxiliary equipments: mixer, crusher, pulverizer, air compressor, chiller, etc.
It can also be coordinated with different profile break-section moulds to produce PVC ceiling profiles, foamed profile, decoration plate, etc.
It can produce other plastic profiles as long as you change double screw extruder into single screw extruder. Such as PE/PP/PS/ABS,etc.
