GCD series dehumidifying dryer gathers dehumidification, drying and two-stage conveying three functions, is very suitable for drying engineering plastics materials with hygroscopicity such as PA, PC, PBT, PET. Of them is Optics GCD could be used in processing application of lens, LCD backlight board and discs, it has dew-point of below -50℃ under ideal condition.
Main Features
1) Combine the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into single unit.
2) GCD series dehumidifying dryers are equipped with honeycomb rotor to obtain stable low dew-point drying air, dew-point is up to -50℃.
3) Feeding system is equipped with shut-off valve to ensure no surplus raw material in hopper tubes.
4) Microprocessor is standard equipment.
5) Shut-off suction box is standard equipment.
6) Heat preserved drying hopper barrel adopts down blowpipe design and collocates with cyclone air exhaust to avoid heat lost and improve drying efficiency.
7) This dehumidifying series adopt double cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew-point value.
8) PLC control and touch HMI are optional, making operation convenient for machine’s automatic running.
9) Dew-point monitor is optional to monitor dew-point value at all times.
