Q2: Can I get a sample for quality testing?
A1: of course yes, and we're totally agreed that a sample testing before order placed is neccessory.
Q3: What's the lead time if I confirmed on the order?
A3: normally 3-5days for the sample(s) and 20-35days for mass production.
Q4: How will you ship the sample package or goods?
A4: we send the sample or goods in small qty via Express, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc..
for large qty, perhaps we'll ship by Sea to reduce shipping freight.
Q5: What's your warranty policy?
A5: we provide 2-year warranty on all of our frameset,that means during the warranty period, we'll replace or repair the defective items if with quality problems.
Q6: What is your payment term?
A6: for sample(s) or small amount, we accept Paypal or Western Union in full payment in advance.
for large order, 30% deposit while order placed and 70% balance paid before shipment.
