Factory Price Construction Chemicals Cement Based Tile Adhesive C2TE High Bonding Fast Setting for Walls is a high strength ceramic tile adhesive with grey / white colors, which is a polymer modified and reinforced cement-based tile adhesive specially designed for large size common tiles, porcelain tiles, stone plates, granites and marble installations. It is composed of polymer addtives,premium grade cement and fine aggregates. Mixing the powder material and liquid proportionately, then bonding the tiles quickly and efficiently.

2). Specially designed for large sizes porcelain tiles, marbles, granites, slates(tiles size larger than 600mmx600mm are suggested to be fixed with hook before adhesion so as to avoid any slippage caused by tiles' own weight).

4. Surface Preparation
1) Clean the substrate before application, ensure the substrate smooth and no oil contamination.
2) Use 10% sodium hydroxide solution to swab the substrate if there is any oil greasy dirt, then flushing the substrate with clean water.
3) Wetting the substrate before construction in the case of the substrate's water absorption is large or in high temperature and dry enviroment.
5. Mixing
Mixing the Factory Price Construction Chemicals Cement Based Tile Adhesive C2TE High Bonding Fast Setting for Walls and water proportionately basing on instruction, then stirring till no powder paste and become uniform slurry.
Mixing Ratio : 20kg Waterproof Marble Tile Adhesive to 5 liters of water
6. Construction Procedure
1.Preparation. Prepare tools for tiling.
2.Clean.Clean the interarea and the back of the tiles,ensure the surface smooth and clean.
3.Mixing. Gently pour the water and Factory Price Construction Chemicals Cement Based Tile Adhesive material into the mixing barrel proportionately. The ratio is Powder Material : Water = 20 : 4.5-5.5.
4.Stirring.Fully stir until it become uniform jelly staff with no sediments and particles.
5.Smearing. Smear the Ceramic Tile Adhesive to the wall surface and the back of the tiles.
6.Tiling. When tiling, Press the tiles and tap with a rubber hammer to adjust the parallelism of ceramic tile.
7.Check. Use spirit level or special plastic tile cross to ensure the parallelism of ceramic tile.
8.Jointing. Clean the tiles surface after finishing the above procedures, press the tile grout into the joint of the tiles. (It might take at least 24 hours after finishing tiling)
