Frame work
The frame of the unit enjoys combined structure, is aluminum-plastic anti-cold-bridge splint frame, made of aluminum alloy and high-strength engineering plastic; the surface of the aluminum alloy profile is subject to hardening and grinding processing, of beautiful shape; the unit frame boasts flexible structure, extremely convenient maintenance and disassembly, easy for onsite erection.
The T-piece of aluminum alloy frame anti-cold bridge is an aluminum alloy cast, firmly connected to PVC; the anti-cold bridge enjoys good strength.
Double-skin Panel
Double-skin panel use galvanized steel sheet (inner) and powder coated sheet(outside) with 30mm/50mm thick Polyurethane(PU) insulation sandwiched between two layers. The panel and aluminum alloy frame are fixed by aluminum alloy splint and seal with good air tightness, and the maximum air leakage rate conforms to European Standard C of 0.22L/s. per square meter. The fireproof capability of the panel conforms to CSTBM1. The heat transfer coefficient K of the panel is less than or equal to 0.03W/m.K. The anti-cold bridge coefficient conforms to European Standard TB1 with Kb less than or equal to 1.
