Linear guide rail HGW25HB Description

• HIWIN HGW series linear guideway is heavy load linear guideway designed by circular-arc groove and structure optimization are higher over 30% load capacity and rigidity than other similar ball type linear guideway.


• It features the same load in four directions (up/down/right/left) and self-aligning to absorb installation-error capability.


• HG series linear guideway can achieve a long life with high speed, highly accurate and smooth linear motion.


• HGW25HB is super heavy load with flange blocks,the block mounting is top of bottom.  


• Linear slide rail as a type of rolling guide, run by the power between infinite scroll circulation steel ball in the slider and slippery course, along the slippery course load platform can easily do high precision linear movement.


• Compared with the traditional sliding guide, rolling guided friction coefficient can drop to as low as 1/50 of the original, greatly decrease relatively less invalid movement, therefore, it can easily achieve μ m class feed and positioning. Plus bound unit design between the slider and slippery course, making the linear slide rail withstand the load from up and down and other directions, above displayed characteristics traditional sliding guide can't match, then if the machine can cooperate with ball screw, use linear slide rail for guidance, will greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of the mechanical equipment.

• HIWIN HGW Series is a preload can be applied to each guideway,oversized balls are used.Generally,a linear motion guide rail has a negative clearance between groove and balls in order to improve stiffness and maintain by the preload,the rigidity is doubled and the deflection is preload,the rigidty is doubled and the deflection is reduced by one half,the preload not larger than ZA would be recommernded for the model sze under QH20 to avoid an over preload affecting th liear guide rails life
