Q: will this hold and stick plastic fender flares on truck?

A: Yes. I used this to stick side skirts on my VW that were meant to be screwed on. Clean both surface with rubbing alcohol before sticking the tape.

Q: Is the 3M VHB Heavy Duty Mounting Tape 5952 Black removable without damage? If so, what is the best way to remove the tape?

A: Yes, it peels right off if it hasn't been stuck for many years. This is the best mounting tape, it is what is used to stick moulding on cars.
