Introduction of the line :

    Our single screw plastic pelletizing machine is a specialized and reliable system, it is specially designed for recycling rigid plastic scrap, such as: PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA and PC etc.  The material is transported directly into the extruder by belt conveyor ;

    It is an efficiency and continuous system that makes rigid plastic into granules with gentle remelting, significant volatilization and impurities-filtration.

The rate of material feeding is controlled automatically by the load on the extruder motor. Solid foreign substances are filtered by a continuous melt filter available with or without backflushing system.
