A2. We will provide you our existing sample to check our quality, but shipping cost need to pay by you. Or after price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality, but sample cost need to pay by you. And the sample cost can be refundable if your bulk order quantity reached our request.
Q3. What kind of files do you accepted for printing?
A3. PDF, Adobe Illustrator, CDR.
Q4. Can you do the design for us?
A4. Yes. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want. Or if you send your logo to us, we will make the artwork for your reference.
Q5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A5. After you pay the sample charge and approval the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express, it is ok to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q6. What about the lead time for mass production?
A6. Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the products you need. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry more one month before the date you would like to get the products.
