II.YKB Round block-hole type graphite heat exchanger

I.Structure And Features

The product is mainly composed of graphite heat exchanger block,head,shell,etc.,uses PTFE for sealing and is additionally equipped with pressure spring as automatic compensation device under expansion caused by heat and contract caused by cold.The graphite block is drilled with two groups of flow chanels that are not interlinked,and the purpose of heat exchange may be achieved when different fluids pass through the two flow channels.The product may use TFE emulsion,phenolic aldehyde,expoxy,furan resin and other impregnates depending on different media,can meet the use requirements of acids,alkalis and organic solvents and other working conditions,and have the advantages of high heat transfer,strong shock resistance ,stable performance and easy maintenance,etc.It is the ideal equipment used in evaporation,heating,cooling and condensing and other deivces.
