CM220 Intelligent Cartoner Machine is automatic horizontal type continuous operation equipment which is developed and designed and manufactured by our company, based on advanced machine type and combined with the actual circumstances of package. It is the integrated high–tech products of electro mechanics, totally corresponding to the GMP demands. This machine adopts overseas advanced transmission technology and controls each movement with the encoder and PLC communication programming through pneumatic products and machinery construction, the machine provides secure and stable production at high speeds via frequency converter to modulate the velocity to make package more precise. The whole machine advances both in configuration and allocation, and equipped with automatic alarm system on faulty, owning such characteristics as ease of handling for maintenance and cleaning and operation. The machine may be used independently, or work with the paper folding machine and carton package machine to unite into a production line., moreover equipped with transmit and fall system and automatic coding device, The max operation speed is 220 cartons per minute, normal production speed is 200-220 cartons per minute. It is suitable to package of medicines, cosmetics, leisure food, toothpaste and the corresponding chemical products packed in the hose, plate and bottle etc. greatly improved the production efficiency.

Carton Opening Device
Open-carton device: 5 heads open- cartons are finished through high precise compound cam rotation, implementing open-cartons and drop into corresponding position, compound cam may open 5 cartons for one time when taking a turn, greatly improving the package speed and stability. Differently from domestic open carton manner of package machine, the machine adopts two vacuum suck heads to suck two adjacent face, among which one suck head makes the carton open 110º degree and then releases when putting into the station, carton automatically restores to 90ºDegree and is fixed, the open-carton manner can guarantee a higher open carton rate.
