Description:
A hydraulic system is usually composed of hydraulic pump, electric motor, oil tank, manifold block, valves, electric box, filter, cooler, etc. The brands for the components can be designated by customers. We can design, develop and manufacture hydraulic systems for every industry according to the customer’s demands.
Based on the installation method:
1. Overhead vertical type: pump is vertically installed in the fuel tank cover, mainly used for constant delivery pump system.
2. Overhead horizontal type: pump is horizontally installed in the fuel tank cover, mainly used for variable pump system to facilitate flow control.
3. Side type: based on the horizontal installment in the side of tank, it can also be equipped with stand by pump, mainly used in the system with large fuel tank capacity of over 250 liters and the electrical power of
more than 7.5 kw.
Based on cooling method:
1. Natural cooling: it is cooled by heat exchange between tank itself and air, commonly used for the system of which the tank has a capacity less than 250 liters.
2. Forced cooling: it takes cooler for forced cooling, commonly used for the system of which the tank has a capacity over 250 liters
