Raw material for   wood charcoal making machine  

The raw material can be used wood chips,wood log,wood sawdust,wood wast,grass,straw,corn straw,wheat straw,corn con,rice husk and so on.

Working process for  wood charcoal making machine  

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

3. Put the material into briquette press machine without add any chemical goods, it should accord to the high temperatre 

4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

5. Carbonized the briquette stick

6,Finished briquette have 50MM,70MM ,80mm diameter can be choice

 

	wood crusher is suitable for wood branch,different kinds of straw or wood log with size less than 200mm,after milled, the output size can reach diameter 1-5mm, which is suitable for further making wood briquettes. We also can supply other type crusher for different raw materials.
	For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, installing a ]dryer is better,this dryer reduce moisture contect below 12% before feed sawdust into briquette machine.
	Briquette machine will compress sawdus,biomass powder etc into briquettes under high temperature and high pressure without no binder. The final briquettes diameter can be 50-90mm, shape can be square, hexogonal, cylinder.
	Carbonization furnace is charcoal making machine, to carbonize the briquettes into barbecue charcoal.
