1) 5 switchable functions: gapping+marking; gapping+bottom stop; gapping+marking+bottom stop, only gapping. only punching.

2) Using newest double polarizing gapping mold which can clean the half teeth of top stop side and make the polarizing precisely.

3) Marking zipper by punching holes instead of ink, so seamstresses can see both top side and bottom side to know where to sew the mattress in exactly. The number of holes on tape and distance depends on client's requirements. It can be set in touch screen.

4) Using HMI touch control screen, if machine's sensor has any problem, the LCD screen will show the problem reason. 

5) Gapping/Marking and Bottom stop are controlled by individual step motor which can make machine's running speed to achieve the highest performance.
