1. How can I place the order?
1) After all details of the order were confirmed, we will send you our signed and stamped proforma invoice.
2) You can transfer the deposit by T/T (wire transfer), PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, Credit Card etc.
3) You could also place the order by Trade Assurance on Alibaba which will protect your payment secure and benefit thoroughly.

4) In the receipt of your deposit, we will arrange the production and will keep you update during production. The balance payment will be paid before shipment. We could help you arrange the air freight or sea freight accordingly to the CBM of the goods.
2. Can you produce the products as per our design?
Yes, our company is specialized in custom products. You just need provide us the product photo, the design drawing and the product specification like the size and material, then we'll produce the products for you.
3. Do you accept retail order? What is the MOQ required?
Yes, we accept retail order. Usually MOQ is 100~200 pieces for small size sculpture, 20~50 pieces for large size sculpture. MOQ is negotiable, free to contact us for discussion.
4. How much is your price?
A: Our price is decided by the design, size and your requirements, contact us the first time, our sales team will provide you with professional quotation sheet, where you will find all related information you need.
5. What is your term of payment?
A: Payment≤5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>5000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance base on copy of B/L.
6. How to certify the quality?
Firstly the samples’ effect you can know from. When bulk production, our products are made strictly during each process. They would be selected several times before finished, and one more checking before delivery.
7. How long is your delivery time?
A: Normally we need 15 days for sample and 25-35 days for mass production. Mainly it depends on your order quantity and the complexity of products you purchased.
8. Could you supply Door-to-Door Delivery?
Yes, we are very good at Door to Door Delivery, please inform me your detailed address, then I will quote you the freight cost to your home directly.
9. How do we ship the goods?
We will quote you the ocean freight. If the goods is not large, it will be loaded by air freight or Express. No matter which way of transportation, our forwarders will provide professional service to ensure the goods arrives at your place smoothly.
10. Can we visit your Company?
Welcome to visit our company. It is About 30 minutes far from Xiamen Airport
