Product Description

Performance and Characteristics:

Its extruder, cylinder and screw rods are made of quality alloy steel that have been notarized and processed in a precision way. Hence it is sound in hardness, durable in corrosion resistance. The specially-designed screw is of sound quality in plasticizing, which helps  increase the production capacity. It is applied to blowing the plastic films like low density polygene (LDPE), high density polygene(HDPE) and linear low density polygene (LLDPE). It is widely applied to producing the packing bags for foodstuff, clothing, rubbish bag and vest ones.

Characteristic :

1.Main motor and take-up motor are controlled by inverter
2.By pneumatic cylinder system to adjust the gap of take-up roller and embossing roller
3.Equipped with A-FORM wooden board to make the gusset
Gear box: Surface heat quenching and tempering/auto.
4.Die material: steel 45#/surface treatment of flow channel: hard chrome- plating
