Q1. How often should a filter cartridge be changed?

A: Cartridge life may vary by product system and local water conditions. Product packaging will indicate approximate life of each system. Please use this as the guide to how often you need to change your filter, as usual 6-12 months for normal using. However if you notice a drop in water pressure, it is recommended that you change your filter.

Q2. Why is there no signal showed after pressing the button to start the filter?

A: As usual it will take about 1-2 minutes to appear the signal line after pressing the button

Q3. Can I use my own shower head or hand-held wand with the L720?

A: Yes, you can use your own shower head. Miniwell L720 is the correct model for individuals using their own shower head. Just remember the shower head needs to have the same 1/2 inch connection as standard shower heads and the ideal flow rate would be 2.0 gallons per minute. If your shower head processes more than a 2.0 gallon flow rate per minute, the quality of filtration may degrade slightly. Increasing the flow rate by changing the shower head reduces contact time with the media and will reduce the filtration quality. If you decrease the flow rate of the system by using a different shower head, or use a shower head with a shut-off switch, you may cause damage to the system.
