Single-link portal crane
Single-link portal crane is a kind of hoisting machine especially used inport,harbour, dock, shipyard with small investment for loading and unloading front apron container, sundries and bulk cargo.It mainly includes the following units: crane strong steel frame, lifting mechanism,luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism .
Four-link portal crane
Four-link portal crane has been extensively applied to loading and unloading at port and materiel handing at dockyard and metallurgy industry, the mainstructures are composedof steel frame, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism,spreader device (grab, container spreader, and hook and electric dist), electrical equipment
and other accessory equipments for safety.
Working condition of portal crane
1.The temperature in the working environment should be in the scope of -20°c~+45° & relative
humidity is no higher than 95% (with dew).
2. In-service the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s.
3. The installation of the crane rail should accord with requirement of JT5022.
