Single pass RO system working process

Raw water- - -booster pump- - -quartz sand filter- - - active carbon fitler- - - micro filter- - - high pressure pump- - - RO unit- - - -pure water - - - UV sterilizer(ozone generator)

Single pass RO system suits for water EC under 1000μS/cm(TDS 1600mg/L ), output water EC is about 1-10μS/cm(TDS under 20 mg/L )

Quartz  sand filter

Quartz sand filter is to remove the suspended solids, big particle matters, water SDI after sand filter will be less than 4, turbidity less than 1NTU
Active carbon filter
Active carbon filter can absorb bad smell, some
germs, and free chlorine.
Both filters are automatic control with auto control valve or electric valves, automatically running,
wash and backwash.

Antiscallant dosing unit

Antiscalant is a specially prepared chemical solution by

ourselves for RO membrane, it will prevent dissolved

inorganic salts scaling on RO membrane, guarantee high

quality output water.

Antiscallant solution is dosed into pipe by dosing pump at a certain fruquency, which can be adjusted by client.

It also can be replaced by resin filter.

Micro filter
It's cartridge filter with PPF filter element to protect RO membranes by removing all the possibly residual impurities,
filtration precision is 5 μm.
Usually change filter elements every 3-4 months.

RO membranes

RO membrane filtration precision is 0.0001micron, desalination rate is 98-99%, all the salts and germs are removed.  Output water conductivity can be 10μS/cm. It also need to clean after running a while. We design a Cleaning In Place system for RO unit, clients donot need to remove all membranes to clean.

Client: If I place order now, can you supply this system in time and in good packing?

David: For a small system, it only takes one week to produce, 5weeks at most for bigger system. But shipping and customos clearance take longer time, usually 5-7weeks. Please take this into consideration.

All equipment are packed with wooden box or wrapping

film.

All parts are fastened in container, guarantee that no
