1.Main stock line system(Silo or manpower hopper):

Function: 

Main stock line deliver system is to transmit the feed outside shed to the hopper of

feeding system inside,control system indicates delivery system to work automatically.

Main parts of main feed line system:

(1).Silo:

Feed of chicken farm is stored in the silo, so as to save large amount of package,

and also to ensure the health of feed. 

(2).Manpower hopper:

If you don't use silo, you can use manpower hopper.Usually,if you just

build one or two farm,we suggest you use hopper instead of silo.

(3).Driving motor: 

Power:0.75kw,Voltage:380V/220V, or as your local request.Frequecny: 50hz/60hz.

(4).Feed conveying: 

Diameter of feed tube:75*3.6mm, Material:PVC, 

Spring auger from South Africa. Feeding ability: 1400kg/h.

(5).Feed sensor: 

Germany IFM feed level sensor.

2.Automatic pan feeding line system:

Function:

There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve

automatic feed delivery.

Main parts of automatic feeding pan system:

(1).Feed hopper: 

Hot-dip douuble layer ga;vanized sheet, Capacity:70kg,90kg,120kg,150kg are option.

(2).Feed pipe: 

double sided galvanized layer , diameter 45mm, 3m /pc ( 3-hole; 4-hole option).

(3).Feed pan: 

14 or 16 grill feed pan, ensure enough feeding space, from day old chicks to grow up chicken

are reliable, Red PP material durable, easier to attract the birds feed.

(4).Spring auger: 

imported from South Africa.

(5). Anti-perching system:

It will prevent chicken to stand in the feed line.

(6).Driving motor: 

Power:0.75kw,1.1kw, 1.5kw, according to your chicken shed length.Voltage:380V/220V,

or as your local request. Frequecny: 50hz/60hz, single phase/three phase

(7).Suspension system: 

it consists of winch, pulley, fixing plate, steel wire rope and clamp.It's conventinent

to clean the chicken house and for chicken's in and out through adjusting feeding line height.

(8).Feed level sensor: 

imported from Germany.

 

3.Automatic nipple drinking line system:

Function:

Supply clean water to each nipple steady, chicken can drink water from 360 degree freely.

Main parts of automatic nipple drinking line system:

(1).Front part of watering system: 

Adjust water supplying pressure and stabilizing drinking volume, this part

is usually installed in control system.

(2).Water square pipe with nipples and drip cup:

3m/12nipples,3m/15 nipples are optional.

(3).Anti-perching system: 

prevent chickens stand on the water pipe.

(4).Lifting and suspension system: 

Correct height for drinking system is very important for chicken(both higher

and lower can effect chicken bone’s distortion , it’s bad for chicken growth, and also can have some water

wasting), it’s very easy to adjust drinking system’s height if use this system.

(5).Water dislay level tube: 

Use high transparency & impact resistant material, it’s sturdy and durable, and

convenient to watch water level. This device with advanced design, it’s very easy to take down and clean.

(6).Pressure regulator: 

Regulating stability, high switching performance, water supply is sufficient& equality,

recoil cleaning with good cleaning result and can save time and water.

5.Cooling pad system: 

Function: 

Make chicken house tempeture come down quickly.

Cooling pad parameters:

(1).Thickness specification: 100mm,150mm

(2).Width and Heights pecification:as requirement 

(3).Outer frame: galvanized sheet and aluminum alloy, rust prevention treatment

(4).Aluminum alloy frame: high strength, good corrosion resistance, even water distribution, 

    compact structure, beautiful and practical.

6.Spray & disinfecting system(Fogging system):

Function:

Cooling, damping, dedusting, disinfecting the chicken shed.

Main components:

(1).Spraying and disinfection engine:

3.7kw main engine system with high pressure soft pipe and filter.

(2).Spraying accessories:

copper tube,nylon pipe,spray bracket with two holes,ball valve, copper connector, etc.

7. Environment control system:

Function:

Setting suitable climate situation according to different stage chicken requirement,through

control ventilation fans, airlet and cooling pad's on /off to control  the chicken climate automatically. 

Main components: 

(1).Environment controller: 

Israel T607, T616, Image II/China brand UBT-2000 are optional.

For example of T607, it has 8 outputs for fans,heaters, cooling pad alarm,2 outputs for regulating fans

speed and lighting system, 2 output for alarm of feed and water, minimum ventilation curve and temperature

reduction curve are built inside T607 for reference.

(2).Power distribution box: 

UPS power outage alarm is including,the alarm function is that, for example,

the motor for feed line get trouble. it will trip, responsible for that part of the motor feed line gate will jump,

does not effect other part's running.

(3).Main and deputy power box:

main power box will receive the signal from T607 (or other controller) and

sends signal to vice power control box, the vice power control box will executive action.

(4).Lighting system.

 

8.Heater system:

Function

Warm poultry shed to satisfy the temperature demand of baby chicks or whole chicken house.

Optional heaters:

(1).Hot blast heater of coal or diesel

(2).Gas brooder

(3). Gas heater

9.Curtain system(auto/manual):

Function:

Curtain system is designed for open poultry houses in high temperature districts. The curtains can

replace an entire wall or parts of the wall and are also operated as a ventilation system for the poultry house.

Galvanized support pipe,pulley, nylon rope,curtain, winch,etc.
