Swing drop hammer exhaust fan adopt advanced automatic manufacturing process, ensure the high accuracy while producing frames. And it is made of galvanized sheet, which has high resistance to corrosion. The blade is shaped by new-tech distortion of pressing with high strenghth aluminum press casting hub, which ensure it has the reasonable angle to maximum the air flow. Along with the high-precisive micro-computering manufacture-aiding system, the faction of the fan will be optimized 5 strict quality detection program: noise detection, vibration detection, transmission concentric function detection, blade velocity detection, whole machine effects detection. 380v dedicated motor with three profing and high performance. Adopting iron cone, ABS engineering plastic cone, all with easily dissembled safety net, which are optical designed by CAD.
