IQC: In coming material quality control.

Incoming material will be tested and checked by various test equipment and self-invented measure tools, Quality was controlled from the beginning and defective products was stopped from the sources

IPQC: In process quality control.

An inspection to every one hours to make sure all things are matched with technical requirement and workers do as SOP(STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE) when in process.

PQC: Products quality control

Full inspections will be made before packaging for all products.

FQC: Finished Quality Control

What’s more,an extra spot-check will do before shipment as well.  Products will be sent only after all are confirmed without quality problems.

Pre sale service:
